High Gabriel Water Supply Corporation Highway 183A Construction Project - 2006 Several underground utility lines were uncovered during the digging for the bore pits and the pipe trenches, including fiber optic lines, telephone lines and the existing High Gabriel WSC 4-inch main water line that carried water north along the east side of Highway 183 to customers along South Gabriel Drive. This portion of the existing HGWSC water line will eventually be covered over by the new 183A toll road and will be abandoned.
